This booklet contains the Charter and Bylaws of the World Federation of Arab Intellectuals (WFAI). It was prepared to serve as a guiding organizational reference for managing the affairs of the Federation in accordance with clear and approved regulations.

The booklet also aims to unify understanding among members regarding the legal and procedural frameworks adopted within the Federation, regulate the relationship between its various bodies, and ensure consistency in the daily practice of its activities. It also facilitates access to the texts that govern membership, structure, meetings, financial management, and decision-making mechanisms, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of voluntary work.

This booklet is a publication of the Supreme Supervisory Board of the World Federation of Arab Intellectuals. It includes an introduction by the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Mohammed Saeed Almekhlafi, which addresses the general context of the booklet's issuance and the hoped-for role of the Federation in supporting institutional cultural work.
